The Tiqets Availability Widget provides an easy way for your website visitors to view the availability calendar for specific products. This widget can be seamlessly integrated into sidebars or alongside your main content, encouraging visitors to purchase tickets for their desired options.

  

  

  

### **Generating Widget Code**

To generate your widget code, follow these user-defined settings:

*   **Attraction Name**: Enter the attraction name and select the product from the dropdown menu.
*   **Language**: The default setting detects the user’s language automatically. You can choose a specific language from the dropdown menu if needed.
*   **Currency**: The default setting detects the user’s currency based on their location. You can select a different currency if necessary.
*   **Sitebrand**: Choose your sitebrand from the dropdown menu if you have multiple configurations.
*   **Campaign Name**: Input a campaign name using alphanumeric characters only. This name helps track campaign performance in the Affiliate Portal.

**Widget Layout Options**

*   **Full Calendar**: Displays the calendar for the entire current month.
*   **Upcoming Days**: Shows only the next three days in a more compact view.

**Handling Unavailable Products**

If a product is unavailable, the widget will display a notification about its temporary unavailability and, if possible, suggest alternative products.

*   **Temporary Unavailability**: Products may become available again within a few hours or days. The widget does not need to be removed immediately.
*   **Permanent Unavailability**: If a product remains unavailable for a long period (e.g., a venue closing indefinitely)

  

### **Integrating the Widget**

Adding the Tiqets Availability Widget to your website is straightforward. You’ll need a small code snippet that includes a <div> tag and a JavaScript loader. The code is automatically generated based on your selected settings in the widget generator.

**Parameters**

*   **<div> Tag**: You can define parameters within the <div> tag once or multiple times on a page. Multiple definitions will display multiple widgets.
*   **<script> Tag**: Include this once per page, regardless of how many widgets you display.

**Widget Size and Layout**

*   **Width**: The widget has a fixed width of 314px, designed to fit in sidebars on desktop and tablet devices, and to display full width on mobile devices.
*   **Height**: The widget's height adjusts based on the content. It automatically resizes to accommodate varying amounts of information.
